For anyone who has the same problem, we still have it from time to time.
I've been able to narrow it down to some kind of change or service restart on the vCenter side.
It can be solved by restarting the Horizon View Connection server service on the connection server we are running the script against.

I removed Fusion App from application and then re-installed it
With no reasons for me, now i can conect USB Devices to VMs
In previous installation i applied the "Allow" button on System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General, with no effect

What is your vCenter version / OS ?
It's seem like an old one, like 5.5 or 6 with Windows server
So, normaly you need to have Sysprep tools to clone or convetrt your system.
With the Windows server vCenter you must install tgem for each version.
If you have XP CD you can find it :

Are you encountering any issues with USB redirection? If so, which versions of DEM/UEM and Horizon agent are you using?
yes, the vcenter server version is 5.1 and OS is server 2008 R2.

And i have downloaded the XP service pack from the below website and extracted the files however i could not find the deploy.cab file, there is just deploy file not deploy.cab file
I have changed the number of cores to 3 as you recommended and also the RAM capacity to 8 GB from 4 GB. However, it still opens some windows apps slowly! it is really strange to see this because I have enough powerful hardware resources and, because of this, the Windows 10 VM should be very fast when opening desktop apps.
By the way, I have uninstalled the MacKeeper software application by the Malwarebytes before I changed the configuration of the Windows 10 VM.

I have recently upated the ESXI to 6.7.0 Update 3 (Build 14320388) but the guest OS options do not include Windows 10, Server 2016, server 2019. How do I update he guest OS list.

The time frame for releasing a new version when looking at the past is yearly and between late September, early November.
Beware though that Workstation 14 is EOL and that there will not be any security patches for it anymore before you can use VMware Workstation 16.

Do you have an issue with the sizes, or why would you want to increase them?
ESXi contains two bootbank partitions , which - as shown in your output - are indeed pretty much filled. However, they are not required for staging updates.
I'm pretty sure that - in case it's necessary to have larger partitions - VMware will take care of this, as they did in the past.

Something may have gone wrong with the conversion.
Anyway, a black screen and flashing cursor on the upper left is not that bad, and usually means that there's an issue with the master boot record. It should be possible to fix this from the recovery console using the fixmbr command. For details please search for e.g. xp fixmbr on the Internet.
